Dance Class Attire

DRESS CODE/CLASS ATTIRE

Our dress code was established to promote the students’ freedom of movement, the instructor’s observation of correct technique and most of all a noncompetitive environment.

*Every student should be in full class attire at the end of each dance season* 

Petite I Dance Program: This program is designed for pre-school dancers ages 2.5-3year old.  This is a combination class that has a fun structured dance curriculum of monthly dances.  The Petite I program classes consist of; Ballet, Creative Movement, Mini Hip Hop, Mini Tumbling, Jazz, and Tap. 

Class Attire: DDS Logo Hot Pink Dance Dress, Suntan Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes.

Petite II Dance Program: This program is designed for pre-school dancers ages 3-5year old.  This is a combination class that has a fun structured dance curriculum of monthly dances.  The Petite II program classes consist of; Ballet, Jr. Hip Hop, Tumbling, Jazz, and Tap. 

Class Attire: DDS Light Pink Dance Dress, Suntan Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes, Black Jazz Shoes, Black Tap Shoes.

Premier I Dance Program: This program is designed for elementary school dancers. The Premier Program dancers are placed by levels.  This is a combination class that has a fun structured dance curriculum of monthly dances.  The Premier I program classes consist of; Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Jazz, and Tap. 

Class Attire: DDS Logo Purple Leotard Dress, Suntan Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes.

Premier II Dance Program: This program is designed for elementary school dancers. The Premier II Program dancers are placed by levels and have had 1-2 years of prior dance training.  This is a combination class that has a fun structured dance curriculum of monthly dances.  The Premier II program classes consist of; Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, African, Tumbling, Jazz, and Tap. 

Class Attire: Burgundy Leotard, Black Dance Shorts or Black Leggings, Suntan Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes.

Destiny I & II Dance Program: This program is designed for elementary/middle school dancers. The Destiny Program dancers are placed by levels and have had 1-2 years of prior dance training.  This is a combination class that has a fun structured dance curriculum of monthly dances.  The Destiny Program classes consist of; Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, African, Tumbling, Jazz, and Tap. 

Class Attire: DDS Logo Black Leotard, Black Dance Shorts or Black Leggings, Suntan Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes.

Elite Dance Program: This program is designed for middle and high school dancers. The Elite Program dancers are placed by levels.  The classes are for the discipline dancer that want to advance in a structured dance training environment. The Elite Program consist of combination class of; Ballet, Lyrical/Modern, African, Hip Hop, Jazz, Liturgical. 

Class Attire: Black Leotard, Black Dance Shorts or Black Leggings, Suntan Tights, Nude/Flesh Tone Leather Ballet Shoes and Black Jazz Shoes.

Destiny Dance Program: This program is designed for middle and high school dancers. The Destiny Program dancers are placed by levels.  The classes are for the discipline dancer that want to advance in a structured dance training environment. The Destiny Program consist of combination class of; Ballet, Lyrical/Modern, African, Hip Hop, Jazz, Liturgical. 

Class Attire: Black Leotard, Black Dance Shorts or Black Leggings, Suntan Tights, Nude/Flesh Tone Leather Ballet Shoes and Black Jazz Shoes.
